Title: Berserker Adept
Post by: Chalkarts on <04-21-19/1741:37>
I was reading through an adept powers list and came across the Berserker set.
I thought it could make for something really fun.
Either an edgelord Berserker Human,
Or a high strength, Dwarf, improved reflexes berserker.

Have any of you used those powers, were they effective?

Never played with Berserk bonuses, but personally I would max out Improved Reflexes on any combat adept build. Initiative can be a matter of life and death.

One thing with berserker is the kinda messed it up a bit. You can still only get the overstat of, I believe +4 is the max you can get on each stat.

I just envision an Irish Ginger bar brawler adept raging around the room using people as clubs to hit other people.

It's +1  to each physical -1 die to each mentals and it takes a simple to activate, meaning your not attacking for that round. Which combined with risk of attacking allies largely makes it a fairly uninteresting power imo.

A ginger unarmed adept is great idea for a character, take a look at shark. There's lots of good options.
