So looking at run and gun what's the armor the guys wearing in orange on page 103?

Whatever it is, he's royally screwed. Especially with a Monofilament Garrote around hid neck.

I'd say it's an Urban Explorer Jumpsuit or something equivalent.

Yes just thought the modern breastplate shoulder guard combo was awesome looking but he's definitely done for though.
