I'm going to get into the PBP on this board, but before I create my very first runner (yay!  I'm excited!), I need to know if I'm caught up in books.  I started buying the books way back when and haven't since.  I have the first printing of Street Magic and the original 4E corebook instead of the 20th anniversary one.  My question is: is there too much difference between the two 4E books and the two Street Magic books, or are the ones I have now fine and just use the errata on the website?  Thanks.

PS  I didn't know if this belonged under errata, so move this thread if I'm wrong.  Sorry!   :)

http://shadowrun4.com/resources/sr4a/sr4a_changes.pdf includes info. On the differences between the anniversary and first 4ed book.  I think the http://www.shadowrun4.com/resources/sr4/sm_errata_v141.pdf might also address your street magic issues.

Ok, not so much Street Magic needs to be replaced, but the core book needs to be.  Thanks a lot!   :D

If you can afford it, then definitely get the anniversary edition corebook, not only is it a lot prettier, but also becouse that changes document is one epic fail.
It has rules that aren't actually in the book or are different in the book and it doesn't list nearly all of the changes.
