Hello, been doing research on SR20A...i don't see a Rigger Book for 4e....but yet 5e has Rigger 5.0

was there a Rigger Book 4.0 for SR4?

I didn't really understand. But would like to know the exact straight forward answer. By the way, now I'm studying domestic violence, I use https://papersowl.com/examples/domestic-violence/ for this. I like to study different subjects, probably already re-read all genres. I don't know what to do next, it's getting boring.
