Hey I had a question about buying improved reflexes as an adept. The core rule book says the cost is as follows:
lvl 1 = 1.5PP
lvl 2 = 2.5PP
lvl 3 = 4PP
My question is that if you want to give your adept Improved Reflexes lvl3 then does it cost just a straight 4PP or does it cost 1.5 + 2.5 + 4 = a whopping 8 PP.
I feel like it should be 4 (because 8PP is just ridiculous) but I wanted to check. Does anybody know?
