The question I have is with all this ability to changer her looks. Is a low-level SIN really low-level when you can change your face and fingerprints to match what's on the file?
Yes, a low-level SIN is still low-level. Rating 1 SINs have random age, nationality and sex, even if you can change that, try changing 4 feet in height to be a 6 year old elf girl as a 30 year old Male Human. Rating 2 SINs have a rough match, but still no supporting data such as biometrics that are checked at more secure locations. Rating 3 SINs have a match with sex, age, and nationality, but the supporting data is obviously fake, such as Chicken DNA with a background of being an earthworm. Rating 4 SINs (Best you can get at Chargen) have background data that's still only good on cursory checks, where they don't go into too much detail. That happens to include a 10,000 nuyen price tag. I could go into higher ratings, but you get the idea.
So, yes, you could match your face and fingerprints, but can you match age and height? Possibly. Can you use biometrics that don't actually exist? No. Rating 4 SINs can give you some biometrics (which you can't match to the DNA level, but you can match fingerprints), but anything lower, including Rating 3 SINs just doesn't offer what you need to pass a more secure checkpoint that has a more thorough check. At least, not from a narrative standpoint.
Also, your Social Limit should be 12. 8 from derived attributes + 2 from Improved Potential + 2 from Voice Control. I might even suggest you put your Improved Potential into Physical, as getting 12 hits is rather absurdly high, especially since you can break the limit with edge at that point anyways.
