My other half had very poor eyesight all her life, but a single session of Laser Surgery gave her 20/20 vision.

No thermo though, so Cyber-eyes are definitely still on the cards....

Given that Human Revolution is a prequel, involving very early cyberaugmentation with Sarif being one of the pioneers, I'd go for Transys Neuronet.
