A pretty good cyberpunk webcomic, by a Greek-American author, taking place in Neo-Athens, with lots of inspiration from Masamune Shirow (Ghost in the Shell, Appleseed) and Blade Runner.
Lone wolf cops, corporate shenanigans, killer cyborgs with katanas, and sinister plots abound :)
