Hi. Just wondering: is the -2 dice pool penalty caused by electricity attacks stackable?

A successful Electricity damage attack can stun and incapacitate the target as well. The
struck target must make a Body + Willpower (3) Test. ... Even if the target succeeds, he suffers a –2 dice
pool modifier to all action tests due to disorientation from the shock for the same period.

I believe it just increases (or resets) the duration.
