Well some things spring out. You seem to have a decker here with a drone on the side (which is fine, though not much of a rigger).
Your character is surprisingly averagely statted. While I appreciate wanting a highish strength and agility, from the point of a decker you should really try to increase your logic, since pretty much everything you do depends on that. A higher Intuition and Willpower wouldn't be bad either (that pretty much covers anything Logic doesn't).
Skillwise, your core skills of electronics and cracking are low. With 7 dice you're not going to hack anything (and even 9, if you get Logic up, isn't going to cut it). I'd suggest at least getting Cracking up to 6 (either as a group or skills). Electronics isn't as important but I'd suggest getting Computer at least up to 6 sooner or later as well (Software and Hardware aren't nearly as useful, so you might consider breaking those up). Biotech and Engineering are nice and flavorful, but not worth nerfing your main skills for (especially at level 2 - might as well pay karma for them at that point).
On another note, elves with swords are cool, but dumping 6 skill points on blades isn't going to help you much. There's practically no reason to ever use a blade over a gun in your case (melee can be quite decent with higher str, but you don't have that). In general, I'd consider taking some skill points from secondary skills, and using them to boost your primaries more (like Computer and such). You can then buy the secondary skills relatively cheaply with karma.
Speaking of, you shouldn't start with Karma leftover. You have plenty to spend it on - skills mentioned above, or buying Str from 1 to 2 (thus freeing up ability points for Logic and the like), or buying up edge to 2 (you're going to want more edge). In fact, I'd look into more NQ's to get more karma.
Same goes for money - why start with 150000 nuyen? Buy a better deck to start with, and buy any program you might use (they're cheap anyway). You might look into some proper ware too - there's bioware to boost your logic, for one. If you want to be decent in combat, buying a cyberarm or agi boosters would help too (the cyberarm is the better option for you, but then you lose an arm). Speaking of ware, if you have a DNI (which a Datajack provides) you don't need an Image Link.
As for other gear - get a rating 6 medkit and a respirator or gasmask. Cheap and likely to save someone's life someday. Also, don't be a drag and make sure you have at least some sort of transportation for yourself. Camera with vision enhancement is nice, but you should probably give yourself some too (with glasses, contacts of cyberware). Same for audio enhancements (perhaps in those spiffy R6 headphones you have there).
You don't have a whatchamaface that makes you jump in and only a single drone, so an RCC isn't really needed (you can use a cyberdeck to control a drone - the RCC has some nifty features but they won't really apply to you). You can't run both at once anyway.
If you intend on shooting stuff, some alternative ammo would be nice. APDS for hard targets, Gel Round for stuff you don't want to die (killing stuff draws attention).
