Could someone explain the Guizhen II weapons from Kechibi Code to me?
The rule box stats say, damage is 10 Stun.
The rule box text says, that for a second hit, there is additional 10 Physical.
1) Does this mean a device of the size of an assault rifle can do 20 + net hits damage to any living being?
2) Does that additional damage get the same number of attacke roll net hits as the base damage?
3) How is that additional damage resisted? Additional Body soak rolls?
The rule box text also states that all electronic and cyberware are deactivated, if device rating is below damage.
Minimum Guizhen damage is 6 (at larger distance), maximum device rating is 4 (military).
A) Does this mean all electronic and cyberware devices are always deactivated with a single shot?
B) Does the target roll Reaction + Intuition as an evasion roll, even for cone attacks? Would a successful role also avoid deactivation?
