Not getting an any response from Battle Corps customer service

I had ordered Data Trails and pre-ordered Chrome Flesh a few months ago from Battle Corps but I haven't heard anything since the original order. I initially had assumed (and hoped) it was just waiting for Chrome Flesh to be released then they'd ship them both together, but it appears to have been released quite some time ago and I haven't gotten a shipping confirmation yet. I've emailed the customer service account several times over the last month but with no response. Is there another way to contact the shipping department for support?

Please drop me an email or  PM with the partiulars (name, order #, email) and info on any communications you've had. Unfortunately, there have been a number of issues like this recently...I've been collecting the info and passing it along. There are a number of back-end changes that have been (are in) process. Still not sorted, but trying to help identify all the things that have fallen through the cracks.
