The question really is whether those higher physical stats are going to help you do your regular job on runs, which is going to be VR decking, as you in no way have the meatspace initiative to be an AR decker.
Playability > verisimilitude.

What is an AR decker?  I saw you mention it earlier, what is the difference between the deckers? Which one is better? I could move some PP around and maybe pick up Improved Reflexes for a higher initiative.

Someone who hacks from AR (Augmented Reality) instead of VR (Virtual Reality).

Neither is necessarily better, but most of the biggest drawbacks to hacking are removed in AR. Usually though, you get less actions in AR, due to having less Initiative. Adepts can combat that with Improved Reflexes 3; making themselves as fast as someone who is in VR, but still maintaining all the advantages of working in AR.

You hack in AR versus VR, meaning you need a high meatspace initiative. You avoid some of the major drawbacks of hotsim like biofeedback, but the drawback is lacking the inherently high initiative dice and the +2 to all Matrix actions in hot-sim. The benefit is being able to shoot more often in meatspace if necessary. There's not really a better or worse, just different play style options.
Playability > verisimilitude.

I don't know if you can make the karma work, but just seen the "overclocker" quality in run faster, seems very useful as it can gain you another pip of rating on your deck.

Or even trade A attributes priority for B then putting the extra 'point' in magic. For the extra  magic or edge. Using the point buy system......

But it's a situation of 6 of one, half-a-dozen of another I'd say. Will one more this or a little more that make the character more playable? *shrughs*

Yeah I added the artisan skill with my left over Karma from dumping the martial art.  I figured he could do a bit of street art while he's mood-tripping.
