It is.  NT is slated thru Season 12.

Open submissions have closed however so for open, you'll have to wait til next year.

CDT Agents still have an opportunity.

I’m probably in the minority here, but I don’t have a Facebook account, and (at least on my iPad) can’t see the post in question when I go to the URL.  Is there anywhere else these sort of announcements will be posted?

No.  It's part of the community building aspect.  Of you want to write, join the community, more than one to on the water.
