-radically hating orks is gonna bite you in the ass
-take higher willpower if going insomniac, stun damage will take longer to heal.
-why crossbow instead of firearms?
-dont know how much use you'll get out of running + swimming groups tbh. putting those points towards a LOG based support skill might be more useful. medicine/first aid for example

3. cheaper at Char creating
for a non-combatant like a decker, a fichetti security is a great weapon. 30 rounds in the clip so you don't need to reload much, its pretty damn cheap, has high accuracy, has decent damage for a light pistol, its very concealable and comes with a folding stock + laser sight (for a +1 DP) as standard.
If you get flush with cash later, then a silencer + image scope make for good additions to the fichetti, as does a gas vent system (depending on how your fights go).
Clip it into a concealable holster or arm slide and you're good to go. pistols class is more versatile than archery too as it allows you to carry tasers (totally legal to carry) and hand cannons like the ruger superwarhawk. Fill that bad boy with APDS, take aim and watch corpsec drop.
i'd recommend pistols over archery as imho; to get best out of archery you really need to build a specific archer with all the run and gun heads/shafts and injection arrows/bolts etc. Pistols is just more versatile, just as cheap and has better char progression for a non combat-specialist like a decker
