Vehicle Mask has two printings, and I'm curious which is the "ideal" one for things like Missions and such.

Edit. Found it. The other version is in Stolen Souls.

Most rules in Stolen Souls have been republished in other source books by now. I would personally default to the version in Street Grimorie.

I can't speak for Missions though.
