It's not an actual *reach* so much as the advantage gained from a "two-weapon style" without being called that. Essentially, you're a tad more dangerous with a second implant, so the other guy has to be a tad more wary and/or you can feint more easily, forcing them to block the other one while the one you intended to do damage gets through. Rather than invent a new mechanic, call it 'reach' and keep the rules simple.

but than this paired Weapons Bonus should be RAW for each and every paired Weapon !
You can't give one peired Weapon that +1" Reach" Bonus but not the others....

I *think* I gave it to all the paired weapons in Chrome Flesh.

Think.
even if You did (and You missed the Raptor Feet)
than there's still the Problem with all the other Cyberweapons and all the other Basic Weapons in the BBB. And what about Martial Arts Styles and Maneuvers like Fiore Dei Liberi ?
I agree that there should be a bonus for a paired Weapons fighter (it makes the most sense ;) )
But you should make it a general rule availiable to all Dual Weapon fighters (like they did in SR4A) AND you should label it correctly (Paired Weapon Bonus not Reachbonus )
You can then adress the same rule to 4 Armed Fighting ( a Nartaki Melee Adept can be Awesome )
Like you also did in SR4A.
Just make it a general rule that more than one Attack in the same phase gives the defender a -1 Die for each attack after the first one and You're good.
No discussions wether the Claws are 1 Meter Long, wether they give the Attacker +1 Die, not Questions "What about Nartaki" ,nothing.
ImO a simple & clean Solution
(Slipping in a Houserule, even if it's one thats good & right, only causes more problems and discussions...and Threads like this one ;) Now you've only opened a Can of Worms)

Just make it a general rule that more than one Attack in the same phase gives the defender a -1 Die for each attack after the first one and You're good.
But that's already established because you reduce the defence pool by one for each attack.

Dual wielding is seldom about doing more attacks (at least in SR5). It's just about supporting your mainhand attack with the offhand. More attacks in the same phase would have you split your dice pool.
