Catalyst Game Labs has been busy behind the scenes making some new and exciting community-driven projects. With these projects, we have been hard at work updating our community guidelines. These guidelines will be in effect across all platforms that are operated by CGL. This will include our forums and social media accounts.
- Our game systems are for everyone. Derogatory comments about things including, but not limited to, race, religion, culture, disability, career, sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity are not acceptable and will not be excused in these spaces.
- Respect everyone’s privacy. This means no publicly releasing private addresses or phone numbers.
- Protect the IP. Illegal use of any CGL intellectual property is forbidden. Breaking this rule will result in a warning, with additional infractions resulting in a ban.
- Participation is a privilege, not a right. If it is determined that you have violated the rules enough times, or severely enough, you will be subject to an immediate ban.
- There will be an appeals process set in place. This process will be determined by our Community Management team, will vary by platform, and will be enforced by the respective moderation teams of each space.
We will have more information for the community in the coming weeks.
