Solution? If you really need a round that big, modify an assault cannon to function as a sniper/anti material rifle ;D

RAW has calibers?  :P
I mean the Sniper vs AM, and you know it. :P
Yeah, I know.  I just want calibers.  :(

Why not?  Extended barrel, Imaging Scope, Bipod (Yes, even if you're a Troll, you'll want the stability for a long-range shot like that), and some way to lug around something that's probably damned near three metres long.

Actually, Assault Cannons already have the same range as a Sniper Rifle, no Extended Barrel needed.

Sniper Rifle150m350m800m1500m
Assault Cannon100m300m750m1500m

Maybe at the extreme range, but when it gets into those fiddly middle spaces ... it matters.

While true, you'll also be using magnification at those ranges so range mods are fairly moot.

Even better, no melee penalty for using the assault cannon at point blank range.  ;D

Yeah, hitting someone with a multi-pound piece of artillery tends to end the fight pretty quick anyhow.  And that's before you pull the trigger.  ;D

Spike bayonets have their uses as well.

Just think, the surface area on an assault cannon means you can have a blade bayonet the size of a greatsword furled around it. :)
