Hello! Attached is my attempt at making a technomancer. The idea is that he is an escaped clone who for the past few years after his escape built a life for himself where he became obsessed with pop culture! It is my first real attempt at making a technomancer and I just want to make sure that he is basically right. Any advice would help!
