{SR5} Shifter house rule

So I am going to be GM'ing my first shifter character, been reading up on their rules.  I saw two things I did not like from personal experience in other games so talked to my player and we changed them.  However I like consistency so decided to change it for all shifters that come around in my game, and tried to keep it balanced.

So the rule only affects certain shifters while in their metahuman forms.  They will be getting the Lightning reflexes quality for "free". However, depending on what metahuman species they are they will either loose attributes or take certain negative normal or metagenetic qualities.  normal Negative qualities can be bought off as normal

Falconine, Leonine, Lupine, Pantherine, Tigrine, Vulpine: In metahuman form gain Lightning reflexes but have the following limitations

Human: -1 Edge

Elf:  Big Regret (Shifter)*, Critter spook (all but Falconine) or Phobia of very tight spaces* (Falconine), Feathers or unusual  hair, Superhuman Psychosis*

Ork: poor self control: combat monster*,  Critter spook (all but Falconine) or Phobia of very tight spaces (Falconine)*

Dwarf: -1 Will

Troll: -1 Charisma or Antipathy*, poor self control: combat monster* & Superhuman Psychosis* (if charisma is at 1)
