Maybe Sniper Rifles reduce the penalties of Called Shots (round up) SR4A pg 161. it is a precision weapon system after all.

Thoughts on this as a house rule?

Could work.

Something like only taking a -1 penalty for every 2 points of Armor bypassed, instead of a 1:1 ratio, seems most appropriate.

Well my typical response would usually be, you could if you had a game to play in, but I hear that's changed so no making fun of poor ol' Canray anymore.  :'(

Since it's smaller than a longarm, it's GM discretion. I'd allow it personally though, but probably not for a missions character that will eventually possibly be played at a con.

Barrels look too small for that. Is that a pinfire revolver?

I think this is more in line with what you're looking for:

Given it's a .38/.357 with underbarrel shotgun. The super warhawk behemoth would need two cylinders(either full, or a center free spinning cylinder in the center of the larger cylinder) which would be tough.

Yes, that's the infamous 20-Shot Pinfire Revolver.

Illegal in Canada as no pistol can hold more than 10-rounds.   :o

Well pinfire should be illegal anywhere. It's just flat out not safe. Horrible design for anything except perfect conditions.

There's a reason centerfire is the style of choice in ammo today.  ;D
