Whatever happened to Eliza Bloom?

Lewis Greywolf:
So... Eliza Bloom. I see her name over and over in the 4th edition sourcebooks and she's an important NPC in Splintered State. But after that one 5th edition book I don't recall ever seeing her name again. Most noticibly she's not mentioned in "Ruling the Queen City" or the other Seattle Sprawl books. Anyone know what happened?
