Title: Favorite Changeling Troll Insults

I have a character who is playing a four-armed troll (Shiva Arms) and I'm looking for good insults people can hurl at him for being a freak. I figured I'm bring it to the masses. Something along the lines of the following:

"When did the circus get in town?"
"Holy drek, it's spider troll!"
