That is one rigid skirt.
Power corrupts.
Absolute power is kinda neat.

Where exactly is she jumping from/to?

She seems really high up to have no obvious means of landing/slowing descent.

Is the backpack a parachute?

Or is the skirt rigid enough to act as a parachute?  :)

Stolen Souls:  http://rpg.drivethrustuff.com/product/129826/Shadowrun-Stolen-Souls

Anyone know when or if the dad tree version is going to come out?

Given previous release schedules, it'll probably be available in a couple of months. They may have some at Origins. I would definitely expect hard copies at Gen Con.

I'm still reading through Stolen Souls, but man, there is some damn good art in there.

Not to rag on the artists, but there was some very questionable pieces in Run and Gun.

But that human girl on p58 and that troll guy on the bike on p62. Those are really bad ass. And of course the cover is really good too.

So I must commend the artists that have worked on the Stolen Souls art. Because it's pretty top notch. Way better than the art we were getting in 4th ed.

Just one thing, what's up with everyone having a white aura around them? I don't think its necessary if you're trying to make the character's stand out from the background.

Someone speculated that the way how they do these art pieces is that they have the various elements (characters, props, background, etc.) done separately and that the pieces are overplayed on each other later (hence the scaling differences of some of the characters in the example novel covers). So maybe that outline is there to differentiate all of th non-BG element?

A lot of this also depends on the specific artist,

I like what I see so far in Stolen Souls, but one of the things I don't like is that Genetech looks to be on the way out. Its my favorite type of augmentation and hopefully when the Cyberware/Shadowtech book comes out, we will get it back. Always been a fan of fictional genetic engineering stories and I think that a runaway genetic experiment would make a good runner concept for a PC.

We have Stolen Souls..and the Intro Boxed set and Runner's Toolkit for 5th coming up..(Splintered States is
already out). After that, there is nothing more. Their blog about splitting the Intro Boxed set, BTW, is wrong,
because none of that was changed in the comprehensive list of stuff that is coming out.

Thank you Star Captain.
So, what is supposed to be in the Intro Boxed Set ?
I mean, while there are some great SR miniatures out there, it isn't quite like BT where the boxed set is map & minis intensive.
