I don't understand why everyone is so freaked out about allowing a pistol that fires one long, out of control (8+5P -3AP) burst before needing to be reloaded with a complex action.
Uhm...who's freaked out?   :o

I think it's just the novelty.  Everything's better with spinning!

The gun nut in me goes, "How, just...  HOW?", but the action movie fan in me goes, "COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!  Gatling Revolver!"

Exactly!  Just like that Nerf revolver...drek, can you imagine what Nerf is like in 2070?  Better yet, Nerf Cyberguns!

Actually, do you suppose Nerf produces Gel Rounds?

Exactly. Full auto revolver is just cooler than abusing stick-n-shock, despite all the drawbacks.

At what point does Stick and Shock just up and give you are heart attack?  Are there legal liabilities involved with that ammunition?

When the stun damage overflows into physical damage and then you overflow that.  Also, when the person being hit gets a critical glitch on their Body roll.

LOW-lethality rounds.  Not NON-lethality rounds.

True enough.

BTW, regarding the cost of firearms, I purchased my pistol (http://www.gundirectory.com/more.asp?gid=20227&photoNum=2)after I left the Navy in '98 for about $450 to $500.  That was about two paychecks worth.  Not terribly expensive.

It's a pretty dependable firearm, and it fits my hand comfortably.  Good buy.

There is no overkill.

Only "Open fire" and "I need to reload."

The politically correct term is 'less-than lethal'

I don't know that it's politically correct.  More like 'liability minded' or 'accurate'.

Yeah, it's not so much the "politically correct" term as just the "correct" one, period.

I can second that notion whole heartedly! My idea of LTL ammo is rock salt scattergun rounds or aiming for extremities...
