When a drug wears off, sometimes you take unresistant damage. By "unresistant" I believe that means you get no rolls to reduce the damage (e.g., no BOD + WIL to reduce it)

However, there's other things that might help:

Narco (Chrome Flesh pg. 159) "...Any drug that deals damage when it wears off deals two less damage..."

Double Elastin (Chrome Flesh pg. 160) "Any time you would take 2 or more boxes of damage to your Stun Condition Monitor, reduce the damage by one box. The damage reduction does not apply to Stun received from Drain, Fading, or biofeedback damage"

If a character were to have both modifications, and were to take a drug such as Kamikaze (When kamikaze wears off, the user crashes and suffers... 6 Stun damage
(unresisted).), would they instead only take 3 damage?

By the wording, yes, only 3 damage.

By the intent of double elastin, as a GM I would not have it apply.  Your body being more flexible shouldn't help reduce the crash from drugs wearing off, IMO.

Depends on how the damage from the drug is created in the first place. Personally, I'm using that combo for an immortal elf (long story...)

RAW, yep, that would be how it works.
