Appreciate the pdf. Some of it does in fact look familiar because it was in Used Car Lot (troll chopper, Enkil, a couple more). I don't think I've seen the other stuff though.

Putting the "Compiled Tables" sections (ah, the glory days when that section was still worth its name...) side-by-side and checking what names are new is one thing. Checking every page of a book to see what is new and what is merely translated is a _tiny_ bit more work, I don't think I'll get around to do that, sorry
