Anyone hear anything about the SR Anarchy book set in 2050?

Just ran across this thing on RPG net, and I didn't see any other posts on here.

Any other info other than "A SR Anarchy book for 2050 is coming ~eventually~, and some parts of it are complete"?

Or, does anyone know the typical length of time between initial draft submission and time of publication?
