This might be a silly question.  I know that a glitch happens if half or more of your dice come up 1's.  My question is: Is it all dice rolled, including rerolled sixes, or just the starting pool?  For instance is it a glitch if I edge to roll a total of 6 dice in my pool, and get all 6's so I get to reroll and they all come up 1's, is that a glitch since I roll 12 dice total, 6 of which were 1s?

As a GM, I wouldn't count it, since they are "extra rolls", but I'm usually a softie when it comes to stuff like that.

What would you do if on 8 dice they roll four 1s and a 6? Would it be a glitch then?
How am I not part of the forum?? O_O I am both active and angry!

For simplicity I just use the starting the pool to judge if it is a glitch. The exploding 6s of edge just get treated as Fastjack said, extra rolls so they get ignored in the glitch calculation.

"Add your Edge rating to your test, either before or after the roll." (Push the Limit, p. 56)

This seems to mean that your Edge becomes part of your dice pool, rather than being a separate dice pool.

EDIT: This is from SR5. If we're talking SR4, the appropriate page is p. 74, where it refers to Edge dice as "additional dice" as opposed to a separate pool. Same end result, though.
