What is the "component books of Runner's Black Book"?  I can't find any 4e Rigger black books

Vehicle modding comes from the Arsenal, bewtween that runners black book, and main book is most he vehicles drones.

There is no 4e rigger black book, it was rolled up in the Arsenal.

If there was a Rigger's Black Book, we'd be learning 5th Edition and arguing about it right now.

So, right now, there are no 4th Ed rules for actual drone & vehicle creation? MAY have to have my GM come up with an updated version he'd be happy with.

*shrug* Do what the rigger in the game I'm GMing does for their custom-made drones: take the stats of some existing drone (with modifications using the mod rules from Arsenal) and change the name and descriptive flavor.
