bnc returns into virtual reality, and again files through the data she found. She traces down the commlink address, until Eve's icon is found. After double-checking her programs, bnc launches a subtle attack at the commlink.

Carajo! What in GOD's name just friggin 'ploded? A smartscan? I missed a fraggin' smartscan? Jeez, I'm gettin' old!
Grinding her teeth, bnc thinks of a way how to cover her failure. Still wearing Yaden's SIM, she quickly sends a message to Eve, saying: <@Eve <damn i <3 u ur so damn hot gimme a ride :S>> then turns off her deck before anyone might be able to trace the icon.

Exhaling in frustration, bnc rewinds in her mind what just went south. She checks her gear, but everything is okay. All the programs are running, the tools working. Sure, it was clever to use a smart scan at this point, but I shouldn't have get caught unawares.
Something was wrong. Anna? No. Can't be.
The decker gets up and taks a few steps in her room. Suddenly, it feels lonely in here. She shakes her head, and almost instinctively opens an image from Kerstin, her sister, then dismisses the ARO angrily. Don't blur your senses. Sharpen them, chipsie!

Finally giving in, after such a long time of resolution, she opens a drawer and unfolds a small bag with amber-colored crystals. Without a second thought, she takes half a dose, and swallows it.

She hums lightly, as the drug starts affecting her, stretches, sits down. Then she loads the SIN of Ares Lawyer. This time, there is no space for errors.

The phone log only stretches back two weeks - likely that she got a new commlink with her new job as bnc learns.
It's an R5 commlink and runs a custom app, that works like the Ticker app, only for clients.
There are four promising things on her link:
- her calendar
- the phone/message log
- the Client app
- her personal files aka. diary

Slobber played with Zelda while Flatline and Krestov got ready to pick up Eve.

Seeing that Flatline was nood in the mood for chat, Anna finished with him and begun working on her own evening. She started by preparing her body, just in case mr. Zola was not into foreplay - she wanted to be ready and receptive. Besides, she needed some release and her dildo was custom made for her own unique anatomy.

Some time later she felt rested and more relaxed and headed to the shower. She washed everything multiple times and then shaved her long legs. Slobbertooth quickly removed his suit and weight his options. FBA would be a tad conspicuous so he decided on his usual armor jacket and helmet. He put his weapons into the saddlebags of his motorcycle and drove out to scout out a decent hiding spot before the meet.

Protection. Of course. Well, as a hooker, she'll get a hack attack every now and then. As long as she believes, it's still Yaden trying to get something from her, we'll be fine, hopefully.
Slowly but anxious, bnc analyzes all available files, then marks them with two smooth transactions. People can say what they want. When I'm doing Goldies, I'm unstoppable!
When this is done, she breathes in. Now, everything was a matter of split-seconds. For roughly a minute, bnc watches the icon and tries to find out what she is doing (if there is any online activity to tell). She waits for the perfect moment, when Eve appears to be distracted with writing messages or doing research or whatever. In this precise moment, bnc strikes like a serpent: In a blur of movements, she unleashes the full power of her Cracking utilities on the files and grabs them. If nothing else happens, bnc shuts down immediately, and reboots.

It makes bnc unsecure that an alarm has been raised. However unavoidable, it's a big inconvenience, and something that might influence their plan. Therefore, she instructs her agent to watch her in silent mode, and inform bnc of every call and text message going out. Also, the agent is to inform bnc if the protection is being recreated.
Once this is done, she digs into the data.

The hack went smoothly and bnc soon had a complete record of Eve's call history and her personal entries. The commlink showed to be solely dedicated to her escort job.
bnc was surprised to learn that Eve was a university student (business math) called Tina Mau and had started her escort career indeed only two weeks ago. This was to be only her third customer although she has tons of requests.
Her previous meetings indicate that she arrives early at the meeting place and studies the customer and researches him a bit before she decides to reveal herself.
Her notes show that she noped out from a customer she was certain had taken drugs and showed aggressive behavior towards the staff of the restaurant.
A note from Charlene tells her that Eve still hasn't got the hang of the rather complex report system, asking her to redo her last week reports.
Indigo Spheres takes a monthly payment from her as well as a fixed amount for every date she agrees on. Her payment is entirely dependent on the client, but may include bonuses or tips payed directly.

Anna sighed - protection was not a bad idea, though she'd doubt that if Krestov was there instead it was needed. She thought "I am a mage dammit - I am not helpless - perhaps for the cover though it is better to have some trog muscle shadowing me, because he'll be really suspicious if I do some mojo."
