Cryky... How am I gonna get 15 more points off? Athletics can go... for 10, Throwing weapons taken down to 2, and Instruct Specialization removed.
I'm a 399 points, plus knowledge skills. Can I do anything with 1 BP?

No, you need two BP for an additional Knowledge Skill Point.
