I think i would turn it in to a Night club resterraunt with a bullet proof glass bottomed swimming pool with little Minie blimps lite up stylized as fish and delivering drinks and food

Paint a Skull and Crossed Sword and Propeller Blade on the front, jet black for the rest, lots of grappling hook launchers with Gecko-Tipped "Harpoons", room for a large crew, and  a magician that's really good at summoning and binding spirits.

Hardly seems like the kind of thing that you'd just stumble upon, really, and 800,000¥ is a lot to drop on an item like this.
