And it only costs 114,340 nuyen! That's one way to spend almost half of your Gear BP, I suppose.
Unfortunately, the Arsenal Errata works against you. On the plus side, it states that Chameleon Coating is only 1 slot, not 2. On the negative, Lighter Than Air is restricted to vehicles with Body 16 or less. Your bus can't fly, I'm afraid.
You could swap out the Vista for the Ford Buffalo, which has 16 Body and thus can fly. It also has the benefit of being an RV, and thus is already essentially a mobile house.
Chameleon Coating being 1 slot drops you to 18. Not needing Amenities drops you to 17. Then just take out a weapon mount or something else can drop you below 16. The cost is roughly the same as well, thanks to the various things that are just multiples of Body.
Alternatively, just say 'screw it' and go with the 'runner staple, the GMC Bulldog.

Considering you're in mid air and have the maneuverability of a...well...of a van strapped to a blimp, you're gonna want a turret weapon mount rather than a Flexible one. All you have to do is mount a Laser to it, and one turret is just as effective as two machine guns at shooting down incoming missiles.
Though to be honest, if you're doing it right, you should never need your fancy defense system, with Signature Masking 6 and Chameleon Coating changing you to look like the surrounding sky, it should be next to impossible for anything to spot your floating abode.
