I think debit cards work more like credit sticks, with prepaid cards beeing secure. All they are realy saying is that all transaction whould use such a thing. tourist whould probaly have to buy prepaid cards.

After cashing my first Freelancer Cheque, I found out that the Canadian Dollar is stronger than the US Dollar at the moment, so, wakey-wakey!

I'm a member of the currency lottery called Euro.
My country may be rich or bankrupt, depending on the weather, the mood of other countries and a couple of American companies.
It's really exiting!
