How would 6e handle this? Way I picture it is Manipulation Spell that hurls objects. Instead of just hurling an Object to apply damage, would you be able to hurl a dart with specific Drug in/on it?

Assuming they still have the quality of HMHVV carrier (where you can infect people, but are immune to it yourself), mage could use his blood on darts.

And they wonder why they got kicked off the Dart League. :P
Do you believe in a greater WIRELESS, an Invisible(WiFi) All Seeing(detecting those connected- at least if within 100'), All Knowing(all online data) Presence that we can draw upon for Wisdom(downloads & updates), Strength (wifi boni) and Comfort (porn) or do you turn your back on it  (Go Offline)?

You could use the Fling spell to throw an object, and net hits becomes the threshold for a (REA+INT) test to avoid being hit by it. The rules call out Stun damage based on weight, but your GM could probably house-rule it to acount for the net hits needed for darts to affect a target.

That quality is not in the CRB6, so no. Also... gross.

Yeah, knowing the quality basically makes you a pariah, thought it could lead to some interesting scenarios. For example, taking the gangers who were causing you trouble and turning them into ghouls. You make them an offer, you'll work with them to get fed and they help you take care of inconvenient targets....I mean, target ate by ghouls by being in the wrong place at wrong time is a lot less obvious of a hit than, "He had a bullet in his head and was dumped in a field, found him from his implanted tracker....clearly a hit job."

Would also be convenient to find a few community of ghouls for your ghouls to shift blame to, leaving evidence at scene that would implicate a certain community for those in the know.

At that point, it may just be easier to find a community of ghouls to eat your evidence. Or find one sane enough to direct the ferals to go after specific-ish targets.

Yeah, but not nearly as interesting. I like the angle of, "How do you take a negative and twist it in to a positive." You're still a pariah, anyone who finds out you are a carrier, you will take the penalties associated with the negative quality, and some will straight out just want to kill you, especially if they find out what you're doing with your blood. That being said, if going to be stigmatized, why not try to utilize it in a shadowy way.

Also, think of the intimidation factor. Knock out two tough guys, one of them has info you need. Keep them bound in same room you are interrogating them in. If they don't sing, dart the one without the information, let the other tough guy see him Ghoulify. Then you have a dual threat. 1) I'll let your friend here eat you, or 2) I'll infect you as well.

Ghoulification takes quite a while IIRC, so you might do better with a pack of devil rats and some ketchup...

I’m not sure getting every person on the planet wanting to kill you is turning a negative into a positive. Even people sympathetic to ghouls would want to put you down if you were intentionally infecting people. The people you infected sure as hell wouldn’t work for you imo. They’d make it their life mission to kill you slowly.
