What does the move state mean? For example it says 5/10/+5

So a Spirit who takes a Minor Movement Action moves 5 metres. A Spirit who Sprints with a Major Sprint Action, moves 10m + 5m per hit on their Sprinting test.
How am I not part of the forum?? O_O I am both active and angry!

And note that those move rates apply to the physical world.

Per page 160, in astral space an entity can move up to 100 meters per turn.  Well, actually, yeah you can go even faster, but if you do you can't see things around you and they all blur together... so in a tactical sense the max move is 100.
RPG mechanics exist to give structure and consistency to the game world, true, but at the end of the day, you’re fighting dragons with algebra and random number generators.
