So I know where to go if I ever need a cop.  Better hope there's one nearby if I'm ever mugged and stabbed because I can't fight back...

The PRIME MINISTER gets assaulted and beats some sense into the idiot, and the RCMP pulls the guy away and asks if he wants to press charges!

While I certainly agree with the sentiment, fellas (more than most, I'd wager), let's be careful about turning the thread too political.

I've been serious.

Yes, let's move away from this and go back to .500 S&W Gatling Revolvers.

Last comment on the priors... Doesn't Canada have the highest hunting related accidental death rate on this continent?

Possibly, but that's because we have so much to hunt, so there's a lot of hunters.  Got to take that also into consideration.

Also, it doesn't happen with Gatling Revolvers.  Usually Bolt-Action or Semi-Automatic Rifles.

I'm also going to point out that I know quite a few hunters, and they inform me quite actively that tourists are the major reason for that fact.

Edit:  It's also easier to explain to the cops that it was a "Hunting Accident" than it was, "Those idiots from out of town didn't respect my clearly marked property lines."  But I'm only guessing that part.

Just wondering do the hunters there have to have all the safety orange that they do here?

Here's a better question, when Shadowrunners go hunting (Because, you know, the heat is too high in the city, and you need SOMETHING to do), do they wear hunter orange?  Or just hope their pink mohawks are enough to make sure they're not mistaken for Snow Moose?

And it depends on the hunter, but the ones I know do wear them, yes.

I want to play an awakened Snow Moose with a Mohawk and Punk Mentalities now.

He'd be killer in a bar fight!  Only problem, a regular Moose can DRINK!  A Snow Moose could drink a group of Troll Quebec Lumberjacks under the table, one after another!

I seem to remember being on a crosscountry trip and suggesting that we go hunt Awakened Buffalo from the comfort and safety of a zeppelin.  My gamemaster dismissed it as being insane, and dangerous.
Shadowrunners are reminded that the Fashion Police are a real organization and will they will be deployed at the first sign of defiance.

This is probably going into new thread territory, but...

I imagine hunting in he sixth world would be hugely more dangerous since Homo Sapien _(insert your variant)_ is no longer at the top of the predator list.  I knew a guy from South Africa who owned a farm, we would call it a safari, and from his opinion the only thing more dangerous than man is a Black Rhino, though it's not a predator.  Everything else could be easily cared for with Bull Mastiff's (I was amazed when he said that a single B-Mastiff could kill a lion without help) or hunting firearms.
