And here's an altered Google map of the area showing the Renraku Corporate park and Algona Community Hospital/Renraku Biocomp.  Stuck is visible to the east of the railroad tracks but is unlabelled.

Here's where I'm suggesting Community General Hospital, Auburn District should be located.

That location better matches the flavor text about taking in emergency cases from the Puyallup Barrens.

As of 2011, Seattle does not have an underground subway system.

Seattle does canonically have the Ork Underground.  Seattle does have roads and trains going through tunnels.  See I 90 between Downtown and Bellevue.  I believe there is a rail tunnel on the west side of Tacoma that dumps over into the docks area.  I think there is another tunnel going under 405 in Bellevue, adjacent to the Cavilard research center.  I-5 goes under the Convention Center downtown.  The Arcology, and Aztechnology pyramid both have deep basements and parking lots.

If you're looking for a 'Subway Platform' set piece, they are available.

Seattle Underground today.  So, erm, yeah, as of 2012 there's a proto-Ork Underground.  Mostly just missing the orks.

Yeah used to be the bottom street level of seattle back when it was first becoming a city, but it was eventually built on top of, and i'm pretty sure it doesn't run the whole underground of seattle, especially since seattle got bigger to swallow up all the other nearby cities/towns.
Having access to Ares Technology isn't so bad, being in a room that's connected to the 'trix with holographic display throughout the whole room isn't bad either. Food, drinks whenever you want it. Over all not bad, but being unable to leave and with a Female Dragon? No Thanks! ~The Captive Man
