I really wanted to make a scythe wielding character who would summon a grim reaper like spirit and i'd like to know if there is any kind of previous book that adds that so it could be converted to 5th edition if there isn't feel free to post the custom weapon and if by chance people are into it we could all give opinions on stats reach ETC...

A scythe is basically a polearm.

Off the top of my head, I'd use the same stats as the polearm.

Actually, I'd think that scythes are a bit harder to wield in combat than regular polearms (which is why you have war scythes, where the blade is reforged so it points forwards instead of sidewards). I'd probably give a regular scythe a lower Accuracy than a Pole arm, and maybe a penalty on parrying.

Hmm maybe use stats for the pole arm, but with 1 less reach and one better AP? and these special rules: The "character wielding weapon" +2 modifier on intimidate checks on page 140 would be increased to +3.  Furthermore the character is eligible for the distinctive style quality. Costs 1500
