Can a NarcoSam still exist in 6th?
If you're familiar with Rifts, think Juicer.

I liked the concept in 5th of having a guy who either reads as completely normal and unaugmented or is just skillwired up,  but when the fight breaks out he reacts with, Slap patch, Popper, Slap patch, RAMPAGE!!! And then deals with the aftermath. 

Still viable or is it in the dustbin now?

Yes and no. 

Yes, Drugs in 6e all stack, there are no Addiction or Overdose rules.  Go nuts until they get nerfed in a future supplement. 

No, the Geneware/Bioware from earlier editions haven't come out yet for 6e.

But Cram, Kamikaze and Jazz all stack so I'm not sure why you'd need something like Narco.

i have to assume that was an over site.
i need to find someplace selling the 5e library on clearance.
