You don't need Armored Clothing and an Armored Jacket; An Armor Vest is only ¥750 and makes a decent compromise between the two.
You definitely don't need one-hundred rounds of loose ammunition! If you're using that many rounds in a firefight, you've done something very naughty and will not have time to reload the single magazine that comes with the gun. 32 regular rounds, 16 stick-n-shock rounds and two extra magazines should be fine. You'll also want a holster. Bad things happen to people who don't use holsters and just stuff a loaded gun in their waistband.
The cost difference between an Ares Light Fire 70 and Ares Light Fire 75 is a mere ¥50. Even if you don't have the cash to grab a Smartlink optic, you will eventually. Go for the 75 and save yourself some cash in the long run. Let's try this:

The Ares Predator VI uses a special magazine, ¥30 per spare, not the standard ¥5 spares. But it let's you mix ammo types within a single magazine and switch between them freely. I like to mix five Stick-n-Shock rounds with ten APDS rounds, all caseless of course. ¥190 will get you two magazines loaded this way (since you get one magazine "free" with the gun).

Square everything off into even numbers. 1K, 2K, 8K, etc.
When you have several PACKS handy that all square off like that, it makes life easy.
"Okay, basic gear, 10K, gunner pack for 4K, 2K for the wilderness, medi-PACk for another3K... that's 19K down. Smooth!"
It makes everything roill *much* easier.
