Title: Do dumpshock mods review new members?

The last time I tried to sign up there I was never accepted. Even to this day my account is in limbo. Signed up a new one but now im a little paranoid as the site looks kinda slowed down. Do mods still keep track of stuff like that? I followed directions and such.
