Title: (5e) Reflex Recorders?

I've been eyeballing the RRs and was wondering if they were worth the cost.
I'm a skillwire loyalist and am trying to decide if the RRs on my primary skills would be a more economic choice for a wheelman than using skillwires for at home skills and spending all my chargen skill points on just my 2-3 main skills.

I've never been a fan of them. Regardless of the Essence discount, they're expensive and max out at 1 bonus die. That's just personal preference,  but I can always find something more resource efficient.
