Matrix specialists on high alert will focus on the runners - they can't just randomly attack drone traffic - especially not if members of the sec force have been hurt. I want to see the Spider who randomly attacks drones that are sending their Emergency signal.
If what you say were true a typical rigger couldn't bring his drones on any run.
