I'd of made him a cyber/adept, maybe on the path to burnout. The adept kind of to play into the whole mutant thing, the cyber because hes got a skeleton and claws. Due to the absurd cost of higher skeletons in essence, maybe a plastic one. Something like this as a start. Has like 30k nuyen left, haven't got the knowledge skills, he is 10 over karma though no negative qualities picked yet. Karma spent getting charisma to 2, and picking up 1 skill at 1, and the positive qualities. A attributes, B magic, C skills, D resources, E human. He has .25 left in magic If there is a tracking scent adept power I'd take that, otherwise i don't know missile parry. The spurs if those can be weapon focuses go for it, maybe also change them to not be metal if possible. I was kind of surprised those use unarmed combat instead of blades.
