So in Arsenal pg 51, the book talks about Military-Grade Armor Enhancements, but I can't find the cost or capacity ratings for them anywhere. Can someone please help.

For some reason, all that stuff's just in the big fat lists of tables in the back of the book (instead of on page 51, too). Check page 182, right about the middle of the page, "Military-Grade Armor Enhancements." It's got capacity, availability, cost, you name it.

Nothin' to feel stupid about, man...unless you're the editor or layout guy that made the mistake in the first place. ;) Obviously it's just a mix-up that got past someone in the printing process, and the whole table got deleted for some reason. Luckily it is in the back of the book, since that's some pretty crucial information!
*narrows his eyes, full of every writer's innate distrust of editors and layout guys* You're not that guy, are you? >:(
