The best part about the run was that I'd kept track of the time, real-time, for exactly when the six hours were up and Cateran's first dose of Novacoke was going to wear off. It really
was during the couple of minutes while the shaman was mustering up a spirit (and then announcing he was napping to get rid of the drain), and while Belle's player was wrapping up her hacking with the GM.
So, like clockwork, mccleverly got done with her dice rolling, went IC, gave us all a tusky smile, announced all the awesome shit she'd learned...and I really
did reply by saying "well, whoooooopdy doo!" and flailing my arms in disgust at my teammates.
Because, well, going from Charisma 8 to Charisma 1 is kind of a big change.
