i am a very new player. i looked over the fourm's and did not see an answer to my question. This is my groups first character creation.
I was wondering if you buy armor say it has an availability of 6 and you want to put sparkles on it that have an availability of 4 (cause no one wants sparkles) does that increase the availability of the armor to 10? and if so does this rule apply to all items that you can modify like weapons and the such?
